CLI’s contribution to the emerging global sustainability transformation discourse consists of the development of complex change management methodologies that translate a systems view of life into the planning and implementation of projects, programmes, and initiatives for sustainability, such as the Dialogic Change Model and, in particular, the Collective Leadership Compass. Furthermore, CLI has made a significant contribution to the understanding of the interconnectedness among individual change, group change, institutional change, and collaborative global change endeavours.
Our work on projects on-site is the best proof of concept of our methodologies. As a first step, we offer engagement missions to analyse the collaboration system on-site, meet key stakeholders, and prepare an action plan for next steps to create a flourishing collaboration system. This is combined with consulting and advisory services for the project manager(s) and the team.
