Formats of online training

CLI’s online intensive trainings always include conceptual input, self-assessment, and action learning. Participants work on their real cases and challenges and exchange with CLI facilitators and other participants to receive supportive inputs.

Online Certification

We are using the OpenBadge standard as certification for our online trainings. They are independent from any platform so all badge recipients can simply store them (in a JSON file which simply looks like an image file after downloading it) or collect them at a badge platform of their choice.

The metadata (your name, date, title and content of the course, etc.) are hidden in the image file and are thus digitally authenticated and stored. These data are also available via a public link which can be used for sharing the certificate or using it as reference.

CLI's digital certificates

CLI is using the platform https://eu.badgr.com for managing and issuing its digital certificates.
